Bacon Tofu? Really? I mean, good on the vegans/vegetarians for finding an alternate to savour the bacony goodness, but I still don't think that anything is better than the real deal. My mum once made the family switch to turkey bacon for a year, let me tell you the first real strip of bacon after that just tasted like the heavens. And clouds. I was tasting a bit of clouds.

Yes, really. And if my parents decided to do turkey bacon instead of real bacon, I would eat even less than I already do. I would NOT touch that stuff. Bleh.
